1. Is this procedure covered by insurance?
Dr. Barry’s procedure is covered by most insurance plans, including Medicare (unless your Medicare plan is associated with a HMO plan). Please call our office with your insurance information and we will verify your coverage and benefits..
2. Does this procedure help or cure Arthritis?
There is no absolute cure for Arthritis; however, our procedure makes Arthritis, no matter how severe, (bone-on-bone or deformed) 85 to 90 percent less painful.
3. How many sessions will I need?
For initial treatments, the number of recommended sessions is 3 per week. In total, the treatment typically requires 8 to 10 sessions in total.
4. How long do the benefits last?
Once you “plateau” (or attain the most knee pain relief that you will receive from our procedure) the improvement usually lasts from 3 months to many years.
5. How do I make an appointment?
